Whether your moving down the street or across town, Here’s what to expect when you work with Moving Company ABC.

Once you have decided to work with us, we will designate a customer service representative to schedule your move and reserve your moving date. We will go over the quote with you and confirm all of the details of the move with you at that time. We will answer any questions that you have and take a deposit to hold the date.
On moving day depending on the size of your move, 2 or more movers will arrive at your house at the scheduled time. On the truck will be all of the furniture blankets and any specialty packing material that are included in your contract. They will also have all of the dollies and moving equipment necessary to complete the job.
The move leader will go over any specific information about what they will be moving and have you sign any necessary paperwork. Be sure to notify him of any pets in the house and where they are going to be staying during the move. Also at this time let the leader know if you have any boxes that you want unloaded first at the new house. That way they can plan their packing accordingly.
The movers will begin carefully placing your items into the truck.
The easiest way to drive to the new property is to follow you. We will need to avoid any alleys and tight areas that the truck cannot access.
We will begin unpacking the truck with the items that you specified to come out first at the beginning of the move. After that you let us know where to place the items. It is helpful if there is one person at the house directing the movers to deliver your items into the correct rooms.
Once everything is off the truck, we will calculate the total time that we worked for the day and collect the final payment.
After the move we may contact you to fill out a customer satisfaction survey. This is how we ensure that each of our clients are happy and that our employees are courteous and working hard on all of their jobs.
