Are the movers employees of the company? Of course,  all of our staff are employees of the company. They will arrive at your house in uniform with identification so that you can be assured that they are supposed to be there.

Do you carry workers compensation for your movers? Yes, all of our employees are covered under our policy.  You are not liable if any of our employees get injured on your property.

Do you charge hourly or by weight? We charge hourly so that you can verify how long we provided service to you.  The hourly rate starts when we arrive at your home and ends when we leave the property.

Are there any additional fees? We do charge additional for items like pianos and plasma screen tv’s because these items require special handling.  When you request a quote please include any items that you have that may require special packing materials so that we are fully prepared when we arrive at your home.

What are the procedures if damage or loss occurs? We work very hard to ensure that nothing happens to your items but sometimes things happen.  If you have found that something is damaged during the move, please inform the move leader at that time.  He will make a note on the invoice for you.  If you find that items were damaged and you did not inform the move leader you can contact your customer service representative.  We will provide you with reimbursement for the item or for the cost of the repair which ever is lower.  If there is a dispute about the repair/replacement cost we will have an independent appraisal done and honor that amount.
